Before being referred to Company 52, Splawn & Ward Associates (an Alabama-based marketing firm serving the banking industry) had 3 separate companies withdraw from programming their proprietary, custom web-based Contact Management System because it was too large and complex.

They had all but lost hope of coming anywhere close to their delivery deadline in 2 weeks for one of their most critical clients, a large bank. It was paramount that Splawn & Ward find reputable contractors, since the project was so far behind and involved dealing with live customer and account banking data.

After being given a very specific and rigid specification of how the system was supposed to work, we reviewed the code produced by the previous 3 firms. Their work was sloppy and less than professional, not to mention not functional. We opted to start from scratch in order to guarantee the quality of the work. Two weeks later, after working non-stop, we provided Splawn & Ward with a fully-functioning system that met their specs, and enabled them to meet their delivery deadline.

The system provides quick access to complex filters and displays of 30+ million records, and it is currently being used by all 600+ branches of a large bank.
