Using a similar code and feature base as the first version of our CMS for BBVA, we created a custom Lead system for a bank in the Northeast U.S.
The system has 2 groups of users: phone specialists, and bank officers. Our mission was to create an easy way for bank officers to log in and enter their schedule availability so the phone specialists could schedule appointments for them during those times only.
Lists of clients and prospects were then loaded in, and the typical CRM features were provided.
Extensive activity reports were also built, for supervisors of both groups. Using the appointments scheduled in this system, we also setup a data feed to produce physical confirmation letters mailed to the clients with new appointments, daily.
