Seeing an opportunity to aggregate a very fragmented online real estate market, we set about to create a system that would combine hundreds of lists of properties from local For Sale By Owner sites, real estate agents, and various other sources.
Before XML / RSS feeds were common, we also created a syndication script to distribute this searchable database across an unlimited number of websites, without requiring programming knowledge.
